Elks Scholarship Opportunity

Elks Scholarship Opportunity 2026
Deadline: March 31, 2026
Award amounts: (1) $1,000, (3) $500 awards
Each application will be scored by an analytic rubric, a detailed outline for how each application will be read and scored. Using rubrics to review scholarship applications helps reviewers stay consistent, minimizes personal bias, and provides a useful reference for everyone involved in the process. The rubric consists of four, equally weighted areas: Merit (unweighted GPA); Financial Need; Relationship to the Elks; and Essay Response.
Candidates must be graduating in Spring 2026, and attending a vocational, 2- or 4-year institution of higher education. Funds will be paid to the institution. Deferred admission or gap years are not eligible for this scholarship. Scholarships will be eligible for renewal for four (4) consecutive years with Satisfactory Academic Progress to be provided by the student.
